Fabulous Farmer's Markets Locations?

We plan to begin venturing the good ol' USA and would hate to miss out on locations with fabulous farmer's markets and their fresh fruits, etc. Does any particular location and time of year immediately come in your mind? Thank you for sharing!

Fabulous Farmer's Markets Locations?

Come to Lancaster County PA and just drive thru the lovely countryside. You will see many roadside stands with produce that slept in the garden last night. You will drool. You will buy!

You're welcome. I've used it in various parts of the country and it appears to be very accurate.

Root's Market near Manheim, PA, and Lancaster Central Market in downtown Lancaster come to mind. But as Dave and Nola say, once summer gets here you'll find local produce stands pretty much everywhere. One of our faves is The Corn Wagon, which is only about a mile from the entrance to Circle M campground.

And then there's something completely different. We really enjoyed the farmers' market in downtown St. John, New Brunswick, in Canada a few years ago.

Not exactly a "farmer's market" and I've never tried this, but, it always looked interesting: https://harvesthosts.com/for-the-rv-...lore-and-enjoy

Take care,

Downtown Des Moines, Iowa has a great one on Sunday mornings during warm weather months.
