Both are nice but very hot in July. The beach location will have some breeze and be somewhat cooler. Enjoy

stayed there few times it's nice it's small they have one section that right near the beach other wise they are close to the beach bring alot of drinking water thier's tastejust like salt water. make your reservation's early the get booked fast. enjoy your stay kurt

Thanks for the info. We booked a beach campsite for 4 nights on the front end of a month long trip from Florida to New England. First time we are traveling without deadlines. It will be different, a new stage in our life. CBB
