Fios - Comcast - Centurylink - Others

We recently started fulltiming. My DW and I work from home and like most RVers, the internet is critical to us. To make matters worse, I have to do screen sharing which eats up a lot of bandwidth so a hot spot is out of the question.

At the park we are in (Birchview Campgrounds), we are able to get Verizon Fios. In October we are heading to Seminole RV Park in FL. We will stay there until late April and we will be able to get Centurylink at our site so we are good.

After Seminole, we would like to go to Tennessee or North Carolina for 3 months then Vermont or Maine for 3 months. Because I travel for work, I would like to be within 45 minutes of a big airport. We are looking for parks that can take a 45' MH, allow a German Shepherd Dogs, have monthly rates, be within 45 minutes of the airport and has the availability of a highspeed connection.

Any suggestions?
