First Camping Trip to Canada! Rock Point

Hauled campers and cargo trailers for quite awhile through out CA but never had our own camper to CA for vacation before. We plan on staying at the Rock Point Provincial park in Ontario, in the Niagara region. We have a site right next to the lake! I hope we can catch a glimpse of it from the site. Wife and daughter should have a great time!

One quick piece of advise, when you come to visit our beautiful country, you may want to spell it right! LOL (Cananda?)

Enjoy yourself in our playground and safe travels.

Whops! Thanks Dogpatch.

No pets on this trip, although my dog is properly registered and up to date on shots.

My truck carries about 70 gallons (265 L) so I should be able to go round trip with no problems.

Don't forget your passport, you may be able to get into Canada without it , but those nice Homeland Security people won't let you go home without it.

Thanks Dogpatch!

Yup, everyone in my house has passports or passport cards, I prefer the passport card myself. Very quick when going through the boarder crossing because they can scan it.

Rock Point Pictures!

Here is a few pics of Rock Point.

Lake Erie can be seen from several of the sites here and you can here the waves hitting the shore all night long! Very nice. This picture really doesn't show it but the shore can be seen between the trees in this shot.

Only draw back is that many of the sites with electric have little to no privacy from the neighbors
