We've left Wisconsin and traveled south, (and all over the south), for 3-4 months, during the the last 10 winters, (6,000-8,000 miles a year).
We "fly by the seat of our pants", never making a reservation or a "trip plan".
Finding an available site in a campground, (when we want or need one), has never been a problem.
