Five Nights at Twin Grove Campground (PA)

Had a fun long weekend at Twin Grove, we headed up Thursday afternoon and returned today. This is one of our favorite campgrounds we started coming here while still tent camping, we have stayed in the cabins, the last couple years we had a popup and this was the first trip there with our Travel Trailer.

The boys love the pools, the carnival rides and arcade. We spent time right across the street in Swatara State Park hiking, we did a couple hour canoe/kayaking trip down the Swatara Creek and just happened to so up on one of the two days of the month that they let people drive through one of the park trails.

We also took one day and headed 45 minutes north to Knoebel's amusement park.

We felt we got one of the best sites in the campground, we had a site that had a creek on one side and a small grassy area on the other with no neighbors. Behind us separated by a tree line was a tent site that was only occupied for one night.
