Could be more sequester nonsense.
If the Federal government would eliminate unnecessary overhead and focus on getting the job done sequester might not be necessary. A local fed office has less than 2500 employees but has 5 full time EEO specialists, 9 full time union (who are government employees but dedicated to union work), numerous part-time union, and over 30 in HR, some dedicated to employee relations and many just doing the pile of bureaucratic requirements.
