Can anyone recommend a RV park near the I-10/I-75 junction in Florida?

We have stayed at the Casey Jones Campground at least three times over the past year or two on our travels to and from Florida. The hosts are nice, you are escorted to your site and there is a lot of room around the camp sites. And, FHU with cable is about $27.00 per night withe the GS/AAPR/FMCA discount.

We stayed at Lake City CG a few times while heading to Daytona. No problems and they had everything we needed. Going to west coast this year, Casey Jones looks like a good stop for us.

The Steven Foster Park in White Springs is a great Florida State park. We stay here often. Like most State parks, it is clean, well maintained and nice and quiet. The junction of I-10 & I-75 is just a few miles South of the park or you can turn West and get on I-75 which is a couple of miles to the West, and run on down to I-10. There are several CG's in the area but we like this one. Typical of most State parks it only has water and electric, but there may be a site or two with sewer, I dont know. The park is nice and there is things to see in the park itself that are interesting.

Lake city CG just a bit north of I-10 on hiway 47. Long paved sites for overnite pull throughs. Oh yes, don't mess with their ducks!

If you're heading East from there, Oaks and Pines is about 10 miles, right on I-10 at hwy441. great overnight, stayed there several times heading to Daytona.

If Stephen Foster State park is full you can try Suwannee River State Park. It will often have sites when Stephen Foster is full and it is less than 30 miles away from the I-10 junction. It is a very nice park with FULL hook-ups, including sewer! Lots of interesting walks along the Suwannee river with historical features and beautiful scenery.

We stayed at Lake City in January this year and were very pleased very convenient to I-75/I-10. Good spacing between sites, quiet, pleasant owner/hostess, and very pet friendly. We spent two nights there in a motorhome
