Hmmm, Key West Disease..., "Hi, I have Key West Disease", that sounds much more refined than, "Hi, I'm a highly functional alcoholic".

At BWK, I have seen Class-C and 5vers there. I think 26ft minimum. I think the $160+ per night may deter the tenters and popups, just a bit.
