Thanks again. We do plan to do a trip down the Peace River. We almost stayed at the Peace River
Campground which is supposed to be near the canoe rental, as they did have room, but the Riverside RV Resort sounded very nice. We were told about Fisherman's Village and will do a "taste test" on the oysters! We lived on Cape Cod MA for many years and got our own, lobsters too, so sure look forward to trying them.

At Riverside you'll be just a short hop up the road from the Nav-a-gator. A Super Grouper sandwich there is a must have. They also have a very nice, well guided cruise on the Peace River

Jim and Kathy,

Thanks for the information on the Nav-A Gator. We will be sure to try both the food and the cruise on the Peace River. Both sound great. Do you stay at Riverside? This year?

Thanks again,

Bill & Glenna

Punta Gorda Encor RV Resort on Burnt Store is just a few miles from down town and the community is very nice. Been back 4 years in a row fo a week or two at a time. Like it lots and they have put a great deal of time and money into it since Hurricane Charlie.
