has anyone stayed in this area recently and can recommend a campground for a one month stay..anyone know of the keller road rv park..thanks..jim

Directions:
From I-65, go south on Hwy 59 to Foley, from intersection of Hwy 59 and 98 in Foley, go south on Hwy 59, 4 1/2 miles to Keller Rd. Turn right (West) on Keller Rd., go 3/10th of a mile. The park is located on the right, (north side of the road).
40 sites 30/50amp, max length 39ft.

hobbyjack..thanks for the reply..i should have been more specific..i saw this park in passportamerica and i was wondering if anyone knows what it is like..or if anyone has a recommendation for any other parks in the area..jim

Jim,

Look at the web site of "Anchors Aweigh RV Resort". Located just of Higway 59 just south of Foley Al. Stayed ther for a month last spring, very good CG. All paved streets and level concrete pads. No Mud. This CG has only been open about 18 months or so.

I don't know much about Foley exceprt ya gotta eat at Lamberts. A great meal, reasonable price and good atmosphere which is a pretty good combination, Ken, '04 DSDP...
