You should see the Christmas decorations, every bit as elaborate and more

Just can't say enough about the campground,

We were hoping to get a reservation over Christmas with the key word being HOPING!

Does anyone have a recommendation for another CG outside of the park?

Was there for Halloween. The people put out more things then I do at home. Christmas they say is even better. People book a year in advance. the people that were next to us booked for next year. These people go all out. Good luck and hope you get in.

We were there last month. Beautful as ever. They know how to do it. We were a little embarassed as we did not have any halloween decorations to display among the thousands. However we will be there next saturday for 5 days and will make it up with Christmas decorations. We are doing a family gathering as disney calls it....looking forward very much.

Fort Wilderness

Will be there next week. First time with new coach, larger then any before. Hope they give me a site to expand the slides. Not cheap but you get so much for your money.

If you've never been there before you'll be shocked at how much room the premium sites have. More than enough room for slides on both sides of the units plus I had my truck parked in front of my camper with enough room to easily walk between them. I'll bet there was ten feet or more from the front of my truck to the street.

If you get a premium site room isn't an issue. The sites vary in size so you have to choose accordingly but all in all I was impressed with the size of the sites.

Well, we are back again.
This is our last night and the propane is running out. 31 degrees at night. You have to see this place during the Christmas season. The full time campers spend thousands on decorating their sites. It is beyond belief. Another fun trip with the whole family plus some. Yep, its expensive, but worth every penny

Any time we want to go to FW I just check two or three times a day for a site. A lot of people book in advance but cancel a week or two out. I've always been able to get a site when we want one, but it may be only a couple days prior to the weekend we go. We go 3 or 4 times a year, just bought our first motor home and wanted to spend Christmas at Disney, took just three days of trying and had a premium site for 24th-27th.
