Fort Wilderness Feb 21-28 Any Golf suggestions?

Heading to Fort Wilderness at Disney Feb 21-28. Taking the wife, 4 kids, and my 12yo's best friend for his first Disney experience. Hoping to golf Wed or Thurs. Any suggestions? I see the Osprey is very close. Anyone with any suggestions?
Thanks
Andy

Falcons fire in Kissimmee. One of the best public courses in Florida.

When we visited Disney, a round of golf on the Disney course was a must treat.......We played a round in the early afternoon around 1 or 2pm and it was less than 75 per person. Your going to pay almost that much to play at an outside course, and you will have to truck on over to the course. This way you get to play at a championship course, on Disney property, and have a whole lot of memories.
I know you will have to make reservations as soon as possible....we got lucky...and got one through a cancellation.

I thought Disney gave coupons for golfing at osprey with a vaca package.....you could always ask at the outpost if they can help get you in at a discount......doesn't hurt.....

Disney's Palm and Magnolia courses are both very nice.

Play the Disney courses, they are pretty, very well maintained and they treat you like a king and they are reasonably priced. Ft. Wilderness will arrange a free shuttle to pick you up and drop you back when you're done.

Yes to free transportation to and from a Disney Resort.

Oak Trail - 9 hole walking course, least expensive
Magnolia and Palm - 18 hole, very picturesque
Lake Buena Vista - 18 hole, very Disney many views of DTD and Saratoga
Try a sunrise back 9 special, 7-8:30, was $29 including breakfast.

Osprey Ridge, long gone. Renamed and part of Four Seasons, not Disney run anymore
