I had just gotten out of the Air Force and a buddy of mine and I wanted something FUN to do before we entered the 'real' world...we were not disappointed. We also learned much about the area and some pretty amazing history as well.

BTW, 23 is part of 'the great circle route' and should be an interesting drive, bet there's more than a few good stops and campgrounds along the way. If you do get to take the trip to the island, eat some fudge for me and don't forget to 'tip' your carriage driver...the wages probably still suck! Bob
Thanks Bob, will do1

Speaking of Thousand Trails St. Clair......

I spend about half my summer there. If you are there. Let me knwo when. I likely won't get there till June as I have all sorts of conflicts in May.

Home is where I park it!
