Glacier National Park and Fly Fishing in Montana

We're planning a trip to Glacier National Park next June/July time frame. We would like to have recommendations on MH friendly campgrounds. Is Polson Motorcoach Resort too far away? Also, I would like to hear from the Fly Fishermen on "must fish" rivers I should plan to fish on our way through Montana. Recommendations for nearby campgrounds would be appreciated as well.

We recently (like 3 weeks ago) stayed here Reservations North American RV Park and Yurt Village (not joking). This was about 5 minutes away from the West Glacier park entrance.

It was reasonably priced, clean, friendly and seemed large RV friendly (we are in a 37 foot Motorhome with a Toad).

If money is no object there is an extremely nice KOA closer in. The KOA rate is rumoured to be about $130.00/night.

We had a 40' motorhome and loved fly fishing in all states, especially Montana. We typically stayed around one of these fishing access sites, mostly boondocking or at public camping sites. This guide is helpful. As you know, fly fishing has many restrictions as to how and where so read carefully. Private owners frown on you being on their property.

Polson RV Resort--too far away and too $$$$. Rivers in the Butte, Dillon, Hamilton area include the Missouri, Madison, and Bitterroot. Farther north are the three forks of the Flathead.....
