We stayed at http://www.oceanfrontrvcamping.com/ in Belfast, ME this past September. Really a nice spot right on the water. Young family run and very nice folks.

We found staying there in our 40" MH was close enough to everything (using our Jeep) including Bar Harbor. Great restaurant right at campground. Downtown Belfast was a real treat.
I'm glad to hear you liked the campground in Belfast, ME. We just booked a 2 week stay there and I was looking around here to see if anyone had been there before. It looks great and we're very much looking forward to calling that home for a while.

Maine may be out this year as I have an extended family member scheduled for surgery in the summer here in NM. I may not want to stray too far...darn!!. Nothing is in stone but I am waiting to see where this goes.
