Destiny RV Park in Surprise is close to several spring training parks...not the Giants or A's which are about 20 miles away.

Well we decided to stay at the Grand RV Park. it is closest to where the games are in Peoria and our friends that are flying in will very close by too. I liked the place with the purple theme, but I got out voted. I'm still trying to decide if I want to go to Quartzite on a solo mission. A day to drive down and a day to drive back plus $500 in fuel. Hmmm...

IMO a trip to Quartzsite in March would be a waste of time and $$$$, not much to see that time of year. The only thing to do then would be to get a feel for the area.
