Would recommend Bay Bayou RV resort on the north end of Tampa. Off of Hillsborough Ave in Oldsmar. Nice folks, well kept, reasonable monthly rate, close to lots of services. Not on the beach, though. We've stayed multiple times, most recently oct-nov.

Guess that depends on one's definitions of "good" and "reasonable", eh? I found Bay Bayou to be both.

At $1200 for the Month of February I don't think this was what the OP had in mind.
And yes it is a very nice park.

Avoid the KOA near Tampa- St Pete. The worst KOA we have ever stopped at, with lots of uneven sites that needed a lawn mowing also.
Several MH had front wheels off the ground to get level.

been by Quail Run a couple of times and looks really nice.
There are several parks in Zephrhills and we have stayed in one in Dade City, Grove Ridge RV Park. Nice park but no idea what the seasonal rate is since we were there for only a week.

70 miles north, but Williston Crossings in Williston is a great park for extended stay. Ask for the older section, preferably pull throughs near the pool.
