We were there in July. We started off staying at the Headwaters Lodge at Flagg Ranch resort, at the north end of Grand Teton NP. The sites are plenty long enough for your rig, but the electric at all sites is only 20 amp. And it's a poor quality 20 amp. I watched the voltage go down to below 95 volts when rigs around us kicked on their AC. We left after one night and moved to Grand Teton RV Park Resort, just east of Moran Junction. It was a very good location for exploring Grand Teton, and is less than 30 minutes from Jackson.
This park has very mixed reviews on Tripadvisor, but we really didn't have any problems. The owners are real nice people, and there is a little diner attached to the office/gas station out front. If you don't mind paying big $$$, there is a KOA in Jackson that also has a "Class A only" resort attached.
The road from Yellowstone all the way down to Jackson Hole is fine, just take it slow and watch out for bison on the highway.
