I'm not familiar with any of the RV parks in the area, but if you're looking to dry camp, there is BLM land both north of town (just north of the airport) and south of town.

Haven't been there for 4-5 years but there are/were two on the island across the London Bridge: Islander and Wildhorse (I think).
There's another one a couple of miles north of the London Bridge intersection, on AZ-95 on the lake side.

Windsor State Park right near the north edge of Havasu City is a decent park. Cost in '05 was $14 per nite. They have electric with each site, water is available at near by faucets and they have a central dump station as you leave the Park. If your lucky you can find a spot right near the water's edge.

We stayed at Havasu Falls last summer; right on the main highway. Cement pads, lots of gravel without shade. Nice facilities although WiFi was weak. Pricey at $37 a night but clean.

We stayed at Campbell Cove RV in Lake Havasu City, new cg but sites were very tight, definitely not for big rigs. They had ours listed as a pull in site, not pull thru; had to drive in then work our way back out the next morning. Good location but very snug...
