Any of the places west of Lancaster are nice. You would be an hour from York and could do the tourist thing around Amish land. There are 2 parks listed for York on rvparkreviews.com

We have stayed at Artillary Ridge RV Park in Gettysburg, PA (Passport America Park) or at 1000 Trails park in Hersey, PA. and visited HD factory in York. There is RV parking at factory. Be at factory first thing in AM.

Codorus State Park is just east of Hanover, PA and has sites with electric.

After your H-D tour, you might want stop at Utz's in Hanover to see how potato chips are made.

We ended up staying at the KOA in Hershey. A little pricey. We had planned to stay at Ben Franklins in York but went there and was unimpressed so we left and back tracked to Hershey. Nice views of 3-Mile Island from road leading into KOA...
H-D factory is awesome if you like that sort of thing. Yes we got there bright and early. The place was packed when we left just after noon. Nice big parking lot with RV spaces.
