Headed for Myrtle Beach Travel Park

Well my wife and 2 kids are heading south to Myrtle Beach Travel Park on Sunday July 28th. This is our first family trip in the motorhome and first time camping beachfront sites. Looking for to the week long stay and I hope it lives up to our expectations. We are planning on hanging at the beach and the pool for the week. We are looking forward to the downtime together as I have been away for 2 1/2 months for military duty arriving back in time to take this vacation we have scheduled for 8 months now.

Thank you. I am just hoping and praying the tropical storm Dorian doesn't show up next week.

We go in April and September during SOS week when the Shaggers are in town. It is much more fun for us and no problem finding a spot, and definitely no long lines for restaurants. We decided to go there last week and we couldn't believe the long lines. I think we will stick with April and September from here on, we just prefer the lighter crowds and we can still put our dancing shoes on in the evening.
