Help on Niagra Falls Campgrounds
I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a campground in or around Niagra Falls on the US side.

A group of us IRV2'er (Pond Piggies) did a Labor Day Weekend up at a NY State Park called 4 Mile Creek State Park located about 10 miles north of the falls. That was about 2 years ago. Very nice state park, large sites, most are level, most with solid grass pads, on the shores of Lake Ontario. Here is a link > 4 Mile Creek State Park < They have 275 sites, with a little under half with electric service.

It was a good homebase to see all the Niagra Falls attractions from. It's really out in the country, so 4 Mile Creek is somewhat remote. The sites that back up to Lake Ontario can get a little windy, which are on a bluff. We were about 5-10 sites away from the lake front sites and were fine. With 275 sites, there was a line on that holiday Monday to use the 2 dump stations. There were a lot of MH's & trailers that weekend.
