You may want to look it up on rvparkreviews.com

We have stayed at several camps in that area, but not this one.

It's been several years since we stayed at Hill Country. We always made it a point to stay in the "new section" as it's more big-rig friendly.

Scottma -

As hubby (RustyJC) above said, it has been several years since we've stayed there, but it is a nice park. There are 3 sections to it - the first is mostly full timers, the second section is long ( and I do mean l-o-n-g) term folks and the last section is for overnighters, weekenders and short term stays. The sites are really nice and big rig friendly, it's quieter up in the 3rd section as well. They have a nice rally hall with activities planned weekly. There is an exercise room and in-door spa for park use. The only drawback is if you want to swim, you have to drive/walk down to the first section where they have a WONDERFUL indoor swimming pool. As for the location, it is a good place to stay and take day trips to San Antonio, New Braunfels, mega shopping at San Marcos, Hill Country rides/tours. Ideal location and easy access to everything around there.

Sandy
