How to find peaceful locations

I have heard about spots where you can drive up and hang out for a few hours and camp out with an rv, but spots that aren't pay camping sites. I am new here and have travelled over a few state lines but only stopped at places with other rvs. Is there a way to find spots where you can just hang out for a few and not get bothered to leave? For example, if i wanted to go camp out in the woods or a cool mountain top for a night... There is this app i use for hiking called all trails that always show cool spots to hike in and i wanted to know if there was something similar for rvs?

I'm sure I'm not the only one looking for this information?

I spent a couple months building this beast up...

Where are you located?

I know for a fact you can go hangout around Quartzite AZ for free. Lot's of places in the western deserts are free of charge too.

How to make a signature for your RV so we can serve you better.

1 .Click "User CP" on left side of the screen in about the middle.
2. Click "Edit Signature" on left side 7 bars down under Your Control Panel.
3. Fill out your signature information.
4. Click "Save Signature"

There are also numerous forest service campgrounds with no services that allow camping for a minimal fee, I was at one in Wyoming last week that cost $5 per night.
