Not sure what that means, but I did go to Hyder this summer. We stayed next door in Stewart BC at Bear View RV Park and drove the toad into AK.

Being originally from Imperial Beach, Ca. and leaving in the early 60's and never returning, I was pleasantly surprised to run into a guy I went to H.S. and graduated with in Hyder. He's one of the guides at stinky creek. Amazingly small world.

Though I have visited the Glacier Inn in Hyder, AK on a number of occasions, I have not been Hyderized yet.
For those asking, "What is Hyderized?", you can check it out here. (scroll down the page.)
On our last trip there, in May 2015, we parked along Hwy-37A in a gravel turnout, both during a day trip into Steward and overnight, and took our toad into town.

When we went to Alaska in 2009, the very first campground we stopped at in Canada near Waterton I talked with a fellow RV'er and asked where he was going. He said Hyder AK to watch the bears.
Never heard of it so we looked it up on the internet and on way back to Alaska drove the Cassiar Hwy down to Stewart BC and then into Hyder. We spent 2 days watching the bears feeding on salmon, some black bear but mostly grizzly. The elevated board walk along the creek provided a safe viewing platform.
Although there are no established campgrounds in the National Park the rangers allowed people to pull off the road and camp. Considering the number of bears we saw we never got out of the coach while camping. It was dark when we parked and when we woke up we were parked in front of an old abandoned mine.
The day before we got to Hyder I had talked to a couple who recommended we eat at the small school bus in Hyder. Sure enough as we were driving through we saw signs for it so we stopped to eat. Probably one of the best meals we ate on our +3 month trip.
Very memorable
