In or around Tallahassee?

Planning on going to a couple of FSU games this year and was wondering if there were any good CGs in or around Tallahassee, FL? Thanks.

Try looking in a Google search for "the Oaks". We stayed there a few years back and it was OK for an overnight. Just off I-10. Can't remember much about the details, but they had long pull-throughs at some sites. It was relatively close to downtown.

You have two good choices: 1. Big Oak RV Park Big Oak RV Park on US 27 north of I-10 which is on the NW side of town or 2) Tallahassee RV Park Tallahassee RV Park. The Friendliest RV Park in Town!! on US 90 east of I-10 on the east end of town. I've stayed at both and prefer Tallahassee RV Park. Make reservations early or you won't get in. It's probably too late already for next season.

Stayed in The Oaks during Sept a couple of years ago, listened to acorns dropping on the roof of my coach all night. Other than that, it was not bad. I prefer Tallahassee RV Park and it should really be nice to get in and out of if they have the road widening finished. When we were there in Oct, the road in front of the park was torn up. Folks at Tallahassee RV are nice.
