If you have a membership with Western Horizon and Coast to Coast, be advised that if you attempt to use your Coast to Coast at Indian Waters in Indio, CA. they will turn you away. Seems the rules have changed and Western Horizon members have not been notified.
My wife and I made reservations via Coast to Coast online when there were no spaces available via Western Horizon, received the confirmation, used Western Horizon for a one night stay in Casa Grande, and when we arrived at Indian Waters, we were told we could not use our Coast to Coast reservations, due to a change in programs preventing members from using mulitple memberships to extend a stay at a resort (Indian Waters/Desert Pools). However our intentions were not to manipulate the system, only spend three nights, attend the FMCA rally and depart the area.
Long story short, they let us stay one night, told us to upgrade our membership if we wanted a better chance of getting reservations. Oh the park was never full, so our staying there using valid Coast to Coast reservations would not have been a problem.
I guess the bottom line is: Rules change and if the member doesn't like it, tough!
