Indiana Fall Foliage Info

We plan to arrive in the Elkhart area on or about October 7 and are wondering if the leaves have begun to turn yet? Any info on fall foliage for northern Indiana?

Trees are turning here in central Indiana a little now. More so in northern Indiana I m sure. By the 7th should be great all over Indiana. The covered bridge festival is October 11 thru October 20. Near Rockville. West central Indiana . We stay in Bridgeton Indiana for the whole festival. Beautiful. There is an RV park in Bridgeton I can get you information if you would want to stop there a couple days. My guess is there are a few spots available

Yes! I had learned from another source that Rockville is great for fall foliage. Would appreciate any info you can provide on the RV Park in Bridgeton. Thanks!

We just spent 3 days in Elkhart touring around the Heritage Trail. The colors are just beginning to show ... not much yet but the towns are all getting ready for the fall festivals. The Quilt Gardens are being replaced with the Fall Flower Carpets so it should be great when you get here. Our stay is written up on BILLY CHRONICLES if you're interested in what's to see.
