Indy 500

A friend and I are going to our first Indy 500 this year. I'm looking for advice on camping at the track. Our rigs are 43 and 45 foot MH's. Which lot would you recommend? I was thinking about lot 6 since it is close to our seats. Thanks

it depends what hookups you want. lot 4A premium will give you 50AMP and there is water right nearby with a long hose. It is a gravel lot so no worry about rain out in the mud or grass. I worked the Brickyard last year and the employees camp lot was right next to it. easy walk to the gates. Remember this fall they put that new roundabout in so all traffic will come in from the north, which will be a mess. you can also contact the VFW on that street they rent spaces out near lot 6. Lot 4A is a little more quieter if that is what you are looking for.

Thanks Bob for the info. We are looking at the lots with 50 AMP, so 4A would work.
