Oh yes. Convenient location, decent park with a big downside. There is a major rail track about 20' from the back of the park. Many long freights and screaming Amtrak trains, especially at night.
I recommend American Heritage - a little farther away but well worth it. American Heritage - Home

Never stayed at Anvil. However we have stayed at American Heritage twice and really enjoyed it. Still very convenient to all there is to see.

We experienced the same but after about an hour, it just became white noise to us. Once inside the RV we could barely hear it anymore.

Typically this would be a concern but the location was very convienent.

I stayed there once, but it was a long time ago. Decent campground, I've seen much better. But family owned, good location for touring williamsburg.
