Pat(SkiPat) and I have been communicating over the last few days to set up a meet and greet.  We will be camping at Deep River Campground in Asheboro, NC the weekend of October 21st. We are extending the invitation for any of you to join us to sit around the campfire and get to know each other.  This is very informal and last minute but hope to see you all there. Please PM me for telephone number of campground if you are interested. Pat, I am looking forwad to meeting you and your husband.

Dickson and I would be happy to see you guys again....just have to wait and see when the MH will get home. They are still looking for a new turbo to install. We had a blast with you and Frank and of course Raisin

Reservations made! Looking forward to a great weekend and forming new friendships!  We were hoping to be able to meet at Oak Hollow or Tangelwood but they were unable to accomodate us for this particular weekend. Tracy---hope that you and Dickson will be able to join us--will be great to meet you guys, too. Hopefully we will have more folks joining in and this will be the first of many weekend get-togethers!

Hi Tracy, Patty doesn't look at irv and all the PMs come to my puter but the weekend in Ashboro sounds very do able. Will look into it. Hope to talk to ya soon. Hope ya get the diesel tent up and rolling soon. Take care Brent

dunrovin, hope you can make it. The campground is very accomodating and is offering to hold some sites for us. Pat and I have already reserved so just let the CG know you are with the IRV2 folks when you call.
ncbounder, sorry you can't make it, but Pat and I are determined to try and meet once a month somewhere. Hope to see you soon.

The CG owner just called. Being October and all the festivals in the area and leaf watchers, his sites are filling up fast.  Not knowing the interest, we only asked him to block off 5 sites. If you want to come that weekend, he needs you to book ASAP. He does take your CC info but not charge it until you arrive. Tracy, why don't you book and you can cancel if your rig isn't done, so that you can be assured a spot. This was really last minute so not as organized as I could be....lol.

Hi Tracy, Dickson, Brenda, and Frank. Thank you for the invite, but can not be there that weekend. we really did enjoy meeting all of you , and hopefully can get together in the near future. Hope your MH is up and running. Murphy got a haircut and bath, so right now he is not speaking to me.

Great! Looks like there will be 4 rigs as long as Dickson and Tracy get their MH on the road. Let's hope so. We will have a great time.
Does everyone want to eat together Saturday night? Maybe bring your own meat and then some chips, potato salad, beans or whatever to share. A bunch of us did that at the Rally with dogs and burgers and it worked out well.
