For $20 bucks, you'd better have 30/50 amp and water at each site with a centralized dumping station. No modern RV can plug into a 15 amp connection without blowing the breaker. That's my take anyway.

Sounds a little rich for 15A. I need that to run my battery charger.

15 amps and central water (i.e., no faucet at each site) might be OK for tent campers, but (other than boondockers) I don't know of many/any RVers who would consider those facilities adequate. If you want an RV park, it's going to require some investment to bring it up to the capabilities of modern RVs, IMHO.

Welcome to irv2 Whitemud.
If your considering some hook ups for the latest RV's you need to look at this information so the RV's will be safe with the power provided by you.
The weight of some of these coach's require some solid footing not a loam grass area or you will be towing them out with your tractor, they sink in mud if it rains.
If the locals see a bunch of campers around here in my yard they may take it up with the town officials, maybe its the same in Canada.

You have 5 independent 15 amp breakers? You'll need 5 independent 20A breakers for us to even think about it...

Craigslist often works - especially if you're near a big city and a special event.

Maybe my price is too much how about $5/night

You missed the forest by focusing on the price and the 15 amp. I do have some 50 amp but that's not the point. Some rvers would love to stay at my place regardless of power or price. I would like a site to list it on and let the rvers decide.

I see 15 amp hookups with no water for $20. That's high.

Do you have waste dump facilities?
How easy are you to find?

I've stayed on a few farms, but found that 20amps was a better bet, 15 didn't quite do it. But 20 amps, central water & a central dump..I'd consider it.

The only 15 amp sites I used were $5.00 a night, no other amenities.

Whitemud,
Tell us why they'd like to stay there? We're definitely missing it.

Understand that 15A service won't fire our AC units, so that critical function isn't going to work.. that's partly why you're getting the comments you are.

Put two RVs on a single 15A breaker and lots of things won't work.

Listing it:
Craigslist - it's free. RV section.. try it.
You can add your place to tripadvisor for free, I think...
Sites like Reviews of RV Parks and Campgrounds - RV Park Reviews are good, but may charge you to list.

Post some pics of your sites and the grounds, and add some info on stuff to see and do, and maybe a local event calendar. Perhaps some boondockers may have interest.

G'luck

Anymore info would be considered selling on the forum, so lets move on as the op is going to use Craigslist. Thanks
