Isleta Lakes & RV Park & Casino

We are camped at this camp ground in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We have been here since yesterday and plan to stay till Monday. We had the worst storm come through in a vary long time. They had to close down I 25 and part of 40 because of the Rain and wind and Dirt. The people that live here said they have never seen it that bad. We were in a Shuttle from the Casino when it hit and you could not see the Road. This a nice place to stay and they have 2 lakes that are stocked and DH cought 2 Catfish for Dinner tonight. Safe Travels To All.

We stayed there last year. The golf course is great. The only down side is the train stop in the RV park. When the train comes in in the early morning hours it blows it's horn. The upside is you can catch the train from the park to Albuquerque.

Yes Hipshot that is the only bad thing about this Park but we have stayed here at least 5 times and we like it. We won over 200.00 last night so besides the Bad Storm we are happy and DH caught 2 Catfish for dinner and we are going to stay another day to let the Weather calm down.
