Janes Island State Park

We are at day 11 as camp host at Janes Island State Park and loving it. The staff here are great and this is a nice place to camp. If you love being around the water this is a great campground to be at. We will be here until June 3rd. Can not wait to come back and do this again.

Agree with you on that.
Don't tell anybody. It will get too crowded.

We like visiting there, but the trees on the city streets getting there have some really low limbs and a couple of years ago I hit one with the A/C.

St James Isle

Totally agree about tree limbs on that snaking little road to the CG. My RV is 42 ft with a 12 ft clearance and it is really tough to drive there until in the park. Glad you are enjoying workcamping there. It is a great place.

I'm guessing that this State Park is in FL judging from the responses. Am I correct in assuming so?

Negative Mike, Charleston SC. Nice park to visit, but like I said the city of charleston need to do some trimming on their tree limbs hanging over the streets. It is a good distance from all the things we like to do in Mt Pleasant but the sites at James Island are large and not jammed into each other. I think the call it James Island County Park.

That is a beautiful park. We were there a couple of years ago in late Fall, just as they got the lights up for the Holiday Festival of Lights. Very neat.

No the park we are at is on the eastern shore of Maryland near the town of Crisfield Maryland on the bay. Very nice park with big level sites and great staff. We are have a good time here. Must be more than one Janes Isalnd State Park.

My bad.
I thought you were talking about the SC park, which is JAMES Island County Park.

My bad. Read the Janes as James.
