Kamp Kozy (Ohio / Marblehead / Lake Erie) Area

Looking for input for a campground in the islands area near Port Clinton Ohio on Lake Erie. A friend of mine is thinking about making a reservation for 8 adults in 4 tents for this campground. Here is the website Kamp Kozy

He asking me for advice if this was the way to go to be near Put-In-Bay. I personally have stayed at East Harbor State Park just up the road. I told him most private places will have a base rate for a family of 2 or 4 and them $$$ per each extra adult, which can get pricey. He is looking for a 5 night stay.

When we were still tent camping, a clean shower facilities were one of the items on our list. And believe me, back in the late 80's starting to tent camp we ran into a few places that had filthy restrooms....

superslif...The only websites with info on this campground that I found looked like they were written by the park owner or manager. I could find no ratings anywhere. Maybe it is an undiscovered diamond...or it could be a piece of coal.

You never know about a place from a website...Even a lump of coal can be made to look like a 4 star resort. As I'm doing this for a co-worker I did tell him that a private CG will charge by the head....for each adult....so it could get pricey....I'll have to check the IRV2 campground review to see if there are any...
