we will be visiting the area and need a one night stopping place so no frills is fine. I'm having trouble finding anything in the area. I've looked at places in Elizabethtown( I think too far), and parks near the caves but I don't think we will go to the caves. Are there any private, state, city, county, etc... campgrounds near Lincoln's attractions? Maybe a Walmart if nothing else if it is allowed.....will have 3 people 1 an 12 yo with us, 35 ft class A with toad.

Are you looking to stay near the Lincoln boyhood home in Indiana or the Lincoln Birthplace in Kentucky?

We stayed at Nolin Lake State Park when we visited the Lincoln Birthplace.
