Kentucky Lake /Lake Barkley Area RV

Looking for a campsite for a trip we are planning in October. Prefer the north side of the lake so we can play golf at mineral mound.
* Prizer Point - looks good but some bad reviews so unsure
* Kentucky Dam State Park Resort/Village - looks good but no view of the lake at the camping area
* Lakeside Camping - looks nice w/lakefront rv sites but am always leary of smaller campgrounds

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Stayed at Prizer Point a number of times with the kids but have not been there in 10 years. Looked at the reviews on Yelp and most of the bad ones seemed to be from tenters regarding the bathrooms. I also noticed that someone from Prizer Point addressed everyone one of the reviews so they do take them to heart.

Sites were nice with ability to be close to the water. I liked the boat rental too.

Make sure you eat at Patti's 1880's Settlement at the top of Kentucky Lake! Best pork chop and desserts around!
