Key Largo to Fort Myers area

I'm working on plans for next winter's trip to Florida. I need advice on the best route from Key Largo to the Fort Myers area. It looks like we could take 75 or 41. We'll be pulling a 30 foot travel trailer. Also. we'd probably like to spend 2-3 nights in the Everglades as we work our way to Fort Myers. Would prefer to spend it in one park and use it as a base to tour the area. Would love any suggestions. We tend to stay at a variety of parks as long as we have electric (30 AMP is fine) so we're open to suggestions. Thanks.

US 1, SR 997, US 41, SR 951, I75

That will be the shortest way also with NO tolls.
More scenic.

Been there done that many times.

Thanks palehorse89 and Triker56. You answered my question. I am a bit embarrassed that I didn't do a search first because those posts really helped. It's probably not a great excuse but I was babysitting all night for 3 rambunctious grandkids and I think they wore me out and fried my brains a little bit. I'll have to do better next time.
