Key West florida

Starting out from Hot Springs to New Orleans to Gulf Shores to Ft. Wilderness at Disney to Key West. Leaving Feb 21. Any suggestions for campgrounds other than Ft. Wilderness along the way?
Have a Class A 36 with tow vehicle. Any advice for Key West? Never been there.

We bought our RV last Feb. and the first place we wanted to go was Key West. We were able to get a reservation at Boyd's CG for the middle of March. We were naive newbies and didn't have a clue that FL books up, but as stated, were able to get a site, so I guess it's worth a shot. I will tell you they pack 'em in and aren't cheap ($120.00 night), but we were right on the water. Key West is a great place to visit.

Hi Ray Eimerman,
In the Keys, consider Sunshine Key . Go to Sunshine Key RV Resort and Marina Reservations | Big Pine Key Campgrounds and check it out. It's at MM39. There is plenty to do both North and South of the Resort.

Boyd's is the nearest option unless retired military or DoD. Call immediately for even a chance at a spot. KW is full from now until April.

If you have bicycles, bring 'em. And bring locks. Best way to get around KW. We're in KW now and will leave around April 1st.
