Hi everyone..

I posted this on the CG Reviews before I ran across this part of the forum, so I deleted the review. The more I thought about it, the more I felt like it didn't belong there anyway.

Strasburg Co (KOA) Exit 310 on I-70. The location being the feature that caused us the problem. The proximity to I-70 makes this easily the noisiest location our family has ever camped. We use campgrounds as base locations for our vacation area (Denver in this case) and so KOA is normally what we chose for ease and access. Because of this, we normally expect some freeway/train noise. This was abnormal. I-70 is bumper to bumper in Denver and just East in Strasburg it's not much better. All hours every day. Unfortunately it made it extremely hard to get a good nights rest.

I am sorry to give a no go reccomendation to this campground. The people there were exceptionally friendly. The place was clean and the spots were nice if just a tad narrow. The plumbing in the washrooms was a little suspect (the toilets smaller than what we have installed at our home) but always clean.

I also noticed they had a hay ride for kids one of the mornings we were there.

Still, sleep is important to us. lol

I won't be back there unfortunately.

P.S. Denver has some of the worst traffic I have been in, considering it was ugly anytime day or night while we traveled around there.
