Lake Champlain ferry questions

Another NY state travel question... Do any of you have experience on the Burlington to Port Kent Ferry? Can it handle the typical 40 foot motorhome? Do they charge for the MH AND the toad? I've looked at the website but was not quite sure about these details. Especially height restrictions. Thanks in advance!!! DC

The ferry handled my coach and toad (connected) without any problems.

We did that in July. There is a nice NY campground , on the lake-just after you get off the ferry.

Good Idea to use that ferry website-but there were rigs like yours on the ferry with us.

Crossed with a 40' fiver and long bed F350 a few years ago. No problem at all. You pay by the foot.
