Lakeland FL.

Wife want to attend a quilting thing in Lakeland Fl. and thinking of taking the TT. any recommendations for a decent but reasonable campground for a few days ?

I stayed at Carefree a few times- Nice place and very nice neighbors !

I have stayed here (Saddle Creek park ) it is no rv resort but the folks were nice, rates were good, think it was 15 a night????? water and electric.

One thing that might be an issue. There is a gun range across the street so during the days the range is active you will hear guns shooting. it is not bad and shuts down early. no reservations if i recall, not needed most times. great fishing if that is your thing.
