Las Vegas, NV.

We just pulled into Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort. It is a Beautiful Park. We used our PassPort America and Paid $25.50 Per Night and that is Great. We got a Premium Site Pull Thru. We are glad to get off the Road as we had 40 mile wind Gusts. One pushed us off the Road and i thought we were getting off at that Exit but DH was fighting to get us back in the Lane.

Great park. Great pool. Watch out for the sprinklers. The water is hard as rocks and will leave spots very tough to get off. If you get sprayed wipe off immediately. If you go a couple of days vinegar will work. Ask the guys to turn the ones spraying you off. Don't ask in the office. They will say there is nothing that can be done. Don't forget poker on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and say hello to Carlos at the gate for us. Ask him how he likes the bikes and if you caught any fish yet.

Hope it is not too late for you to catch this. You HAVE to see Kanab, Utah and more specifically Best Friends society (a.k.a. DogTown). This is the place that took Michael Vicks dogs and rehabilitated them. At any given time they have 1,600 dogs and 1,700 cats plus horse, birds and wildlife. They are considered a 'shelter of last resort'. They have two rv sites but they are booked a year in advance. They also have cottages and cabins. They have four tours a day (if I remember correctly). I didn't think I would be as impressed as I was. It was a life changing experience.
