We've never stayed at Oasis, but have stayed at the Las Vegas Motor coach resort. We like the environment (it's like a neighborhood, rather than an campground), the service (it's like staying at a nice hotel) the quiet (it's away from the freeway) and the security (it's gated).

Didn't have time to use the pool and didn't need a shuttle, so we don't know. Here's the link to their website. http://www.lasvegasmotorcoachresort.com/

Every time I have stayed there I have seen a shuttle to the hotels.
I know there is a city transit bus that takes you to Tropicana at the corner by the shopping center, maybe a blocks walk, from there you can take the monorail all along the strip. I seldom use cabs, but I can't believe it is that expensive as I they regulary pick people up at the park. You can rent a car for less than or equal to $30 a day.
Anyway, I like the Oasis, stay there a lot and will stay there again.

They will arrange for a car rental for you that will cost you about the same as the one way cab fare.

The OP started this thread about 6 weeks ago. Said "short notice".
I'm thinkin it's all moot.
