Late fall camping in New England

We are looking to do a trip towards the end of October any suggestions for campgrounds in New England area?

We've enjoyed Osceola Vista, Dolly Copp and Salisbury Beach at different times in the fall, the first two are great for hiking and leaf peeping, no hookups, the last is at the beach, has water and electric.

Danforth Bay CG in Freedom NH is open year round. Very nice CG. Just be aware, many CG's in NH, VT & Maine shut down after about October 15th.

Many start cutting services after labor day , and are shut down by the first of October. Pools drained, laundry rooms closed and on site stores shut down.

Circle CG Farm | Putting the Family back in Family Camping! in Bellingham, MA is really very nice and open year round. It will be a bit tough finding any thing open after October 15th, though.

Try Normandy Farms in Foxboro MA. for late October peeping. Most of the leaves are gone from all but the most southern, coastal sections of Maine and NH by late October and Vermont is barren.

Some areas to check, Blue Hills Reservation and Purgatory Chasm S.P. Both 20-30 miles from Foxboro should be pretty that time of year. The cranberry bogs of Plymouth may also be ablaze in red. Also, though i have not done it that time of year a walk in Boston Public Gardens and Arnold Arboretum may be very colorful depending on the date.

Lots of places in NE to RV, you just have to find them! Just sold the house in Concord and I'm now sitting in a Roswell NM parking lot thinking about the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque !!
We liked Salisbury Beach, it was our favorite. I know you can winter camp w/o fees. We stayed early spring for 3 days and was never charged.
