Thanks for all the great info. Breakfast looks good to me. We have decided to make a reservation for late Feburary.

Clifftail...maybe you got a special deal...I was there three weeks ago for the driving school. Stayed four days. Breakfast every day (free) was oatmeal. Luch was hotdog and bag of chips. On the other hand it was free.

My biggest complaint, they say they have WI-FI...its spotty. Someone hit the repeater for the back half of the campground. Its none for those areas. Maybe it is better over in the Crown Club...but when I called, the person told me WI-FI only assured in the clubhouse. THAT's NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED.

The fact they know the issue, have known it since before Oct (note reviews in RV Campgrounds), and have done nothing while charging an astounding $48 a night...that is sad...for what is considered a first class operation.

The new menu went into effect 1/10 when the coupon system was initiated. Here was today's lunch.

Everyone I've spoken to at our Rally thinks the food is great. IMO , the lunch and breakfast for two people is at least a $20 value ( no tax or tip involved either ).
There's not a spot to be had here. They're booked.

We spent last night at Lazy Days. The CG is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, sites are fairly good. They are very pet friendly, even in the check-in office. I can't say anything bad about it.

We came to Tampa for the RV Show and went out of our way to get to Lazy Days -- just to see it and, as Cliff says, to tour a number of the always open motor homes. What a lot of fun.

We came away being very impressed with the entire operation. Now if they only sold Newmar ....

We are spending time in the Ft. Myers area mid-February to end of March. On way back north, it is our plan to stop and stay at Lazy Days CG. Free breakfast or not, it is a really nice place and each and everyone we saw was courteous and friendly. To us, a model of what a first class RV dealership should look like.
