The good is that the sites have good hookups, are paved, and WiFi is available. They have a lot going on in their community center, are close to the Lazydays sales lot, provide free newspapers, free rig wash. The weather in December should be great.
On the bad side I'd have to say the size of the sites are small and they are very close to each other. Not much room to park a tow vehicle or a toad on site, however there is space allocated at the entrance for these.
Whether or not you enjoy your stay will likely be determined by your objective in going there. Most folks stay there because they're shopping for an RV or just want to participate in one of their group rallies.
I wouldn't consider it a destination campground but for what it's intended for, it's not that bad. Enjoy your stay.
