Liberty Harbor RV Park ?

we are looking at staying at the Liberty Harbor RV Park across from New York City in March , and you can catch the ferry or bus into the city , so i was thinking of leaving the toad home since I don't think I will need it .
any thought's on this ?

Thank you mike

You won't need the car at Liberty Harbor but where else will you be going? Will you need it along the way? We almost always take the car for the convenience of having transportation if needed.

Like above , if that's all your doing , no toad is ok. Otherwise bring it. The sites there are large enough for it.

Just yesterday I was looking at the photos of our NYC trip. Seeing Lady Liberty through our windshied was pretty exciting. Although it is a parking lot type RV Park the security is good and watching the comuters running to catch the ferry boats was kick.

Just as a note, getting to the park is through a congested area and you begin to think you turned down the wrong street, but as you make a turn it is right there at the dead end.

We booked a bus tour through the park and was happy enough with it.

Making the trip part of the destination requires a toad especially as your back up
