Little Rock AR CGs?
We are planning to be in Little Rock, AR for a couple days next week. One goal is to visit the Clinton Library.
We are looking at the Downtown Riverside RV park and know that would be very convenient for that purpose. Are there any other recommendations of CGs in the area?
Also...any suggestions for where to go while there for 1 or 2 days? Good restaurants, events and other attractions are of interest to us.

Have stayed at Downtown Riverside Park twice and will stay again next trip into Little Rock. Easy entry and exit from Interstate. Foot bridge at park to cross river to the front door of library.

Lots of good restaurants in the river market district, my fav is Flying Fish. Great bike trail too.... Trolley too.... Old State House..... Historic ARkansas Museum..... Not much out. Just the old homes... Any problems or questions give me a shout.... Tim is in town, not too far from Little Rock....

Headed South finally, huh? Well it is cool and damp in South Texas. I assume you'll head down through Dallas and down I35...be aware, a lot of construction...best to avoid close to rush hour. A real nice overnight rest area just South of where I35 W and E converge North of Waco. Drive safe.

I'll be down that way too. I'm headed down this Sunday. I also want to see the Clinton library, but since there's more to see and I plan to conduct a little business, and not least of all because I'm cheap (LOL) I'm planning to stay at a Corps of Engineers campground outside of town for maybe 5-7 days. With a Senior Pass it's only $9.50 this time of year including water and electricity. It's called Willow Beach Campground 501-961-1332 (Host?) Thurs-Tues 11-8; COE Pine Bluff Office: 870-534-0451. It's about 17 miles outside of town I gather. Maybe too far for you.
TripAdvisor has a list of attractions in the area including:
Riverfront Park
Clinton Library
Heifer Village and others. You might check out TA.

HELLO Dave & Beth!
We are actually going through the Houston area to visit a niece in Montgomery. After that down to Corpus Christi for a week starting on the 14th. That will be followed by the San Antonio area for a week or two before we head on down to the RGV.
Thanks for the heads up in case we decide to do something different. Drop me a PM with the dates you will be in the SA area. We will see if we can meet up on the river walk.

Thanks for that tip. I think we will do the downtown riverside place because we hope we won't even have to unhook if things are close. Otherwise, we will probably concentrate on close by stuff...and Gus's Chicken!

The best bike path in miles... It loops out to the other bridge across and back....
Gus's is in river market, but Flying Fish is before that... Fish, boiled shrimp, gumbo and grits... That is where we took Wayne and Earlene.... Not sure of trolley hours or route, check the rivermarket website i sent earlier.
Btw... The KOA, is very old....
Second choice would be Maumelle Park (coe), i am not familiar with Williw Beach...
If military, Camp Robinson is great......
